Upon consideration by the court.
On October 18, 2001, this court issued an opinion voiding the reapportionment prepared by the Secretary of State. See Hartung v. Bradbury, 332 Or 570, 33 P3d 972 (2001) (so holding). The Secretary of State timely filed a corrected reapportionment. We have reviewed the corrected reapportionment as directed by Article IV, section 6(3)(e), of the Oregon Constitution. We conclude that the corrected reapportionment complies with Article IV, section 6(1), and all law applicable thereto. The corrected reapportionment accordingly shall become operative on December 15, 2001. Or Const, Art IV, § 6(3)(f).
