CHIEF JUSTICE ORDER No. 01-129 ORDER REPEALING UTCR 5.070 |
IT HEREBY IS ORDERED pursuant to ORS 1.002 that, because of the repeal of ORS 18.425 by Section 10 of Chapter 779, 2001 Oregon Laws (2001 House Bill 2335, which took effect July 17, 2001), the following shall occur:
1. UTCR 5.070 and the Civil Action Data form and report and accompanying instructions in the UTCR Appendix of Forms are repealed.
2. All courts and Oregon State Court Administrator Office Divisions with information obtained from forms submitted under UTCR 5.070 and ORS 18.425 shall maintain that information and those forms as confidential until the forms and information can be destroyed and deleted which will be done as soon as reasonably possible.
This order takes effect immediately.
