) ) ) ) ) ) ) | Chief Justice Order No. 08-047 ORDER AMENDING JUNE 25, 2008 ORDER ADOPTING CHARGES ASSOCIATED WITH USE OF THE ELECTRONIC FILING SYSTEM IN THE SUPREME COURT |
The Supreme Court by this order amends Chief Justice Order 08-034, signed on June 25, 2008, as follows:
Until further order of this court, users of the electronic filing system shall pay no transaction charge for use of the Oregon Appellate Courts' electronic filing system.
Users of the electronic filing system shall pay a document recovery charge, as set forth in Chief Justice Order 08-034. The document recovery charge shall be at the rate of $.10 per page multiplied by seven copies of every document electronically filed, except that no document recovery charge shall be imposed for motions for extensions of time, consolidation, permission to file reply briefs or extended briefs, appellant's motion to dismiss, or stipulated motions to dismiss.
