In accordance with Rule for Admission 2.05, the Supreme Court considered the matter of appointments to the Board of Bar Examiners at the Court's public meeting of September 24, 2007, and Orders as follows:
1. Randall Green is appointed to serve as a Non-Attorney member of the Board of Bar Examiners for a one-year term, beginning October 1, 2007, and ending September 30, 2008.
2. Jennifer Huew is appointed to serve as a Non-Attorney member of the Board of Bar Examiners for a one-year term, beginning October 1, 2007, and ending September 30, 2008.
3. Nustafa T. Kasubhai is appointed to serve as an Attorney member of the Board of Bar Examiners for a one-year term, beginning October 1, 2007, and ending September 30, 2008.
4. Jennifer S. Lloyd Green is appointed to serve as an Attorney member of the Board of Bar Examiners for a one-year term, beginning October 1, 2007, and ending September 30, 2008.
5. Lisa T. Murphy is appointed to serve as an Attorney member of the Board of Bar Examiners for a one-year term, beginning October 1, 2007, and ending September 30, 2008.
6. Cody M. Weston is appointed to serve as an Attorney member of the Board of Bar Examiners for a one-year term, beginning October 1, 2007, and ending September 30, 2008.
