Can I see my balance online?
No. At this time Online Billpay is only a payment method, and is not linked to your account balance.
Is there a cost to use Online Billpay?
No. You may pay your OJIN Online bill online for free.
If my account has been disabled, will paying online automatically enable it?
No. The current system still requires involvement by OJIN Online staff. If your account has been disabled, please call 800-858-9658 or email OJIN Online staff at email@example.com.
Can I pay by check online?
Yes. In addition to Visa and Mastercard, we are able to accept online check payments.
Can I pay more than I owe on my invoice?
Yes, you may pay more than you owe. Any amount paid over the balance will be credited to your account.
Can I set up an automatic or recurring payment?
No. Because the majority of OJIN Online account bills vary from month to month, and because we are not yet able to link the balance due to payment, we are not able to offer automatic or recurring payment at this time.
What should I do if I can't get Online Billpay to work?
Please review the 'help' file in the bill pay application. If you cannot find an answer to your problem there, you may contact OJIN Online staff at 800-858-9658 or firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work with you, and with US Bank to resolve the issue.
